Brazilian soccer player David Luiz just killed it in the cuteness department at the 2014 World Cup.

During a recent training session, a young and adorable fan eluded security as he sprinted onto Brazil’s practice field. The youngster made a beeline for Luiz, bursting into tears even before he reached the star defender, who embraced him with a huge hug.

The little fan’s day was already made just meeting his hero, but Luiz made the moment even more memorable, giving him the shirt off his back and then signing it for him before posing for a couple of pictures.

This isn’t the first time the Brazilian team has welcomed a young field trespasser, either. During a friendly between Brazil and South Africa in March, a young boy made his way down to the field, much to the delight of Brazilian star Neymar, who brought him over to celebrate with the winning team.

Young fans might never stop running on the field to meet these soccer stars if these are the awesome reactions they get.
