Jason KiddJason Kidd isn’t ready to part ways with New York just yet.

After a failed power play with the Brooklyn Nets organization this past offseason, Kidd took the head coaching job in Milwaukee, but he’s holding on to his ritzy apartment in Manhattan so he can rent it out for $22,000 per month, according to the New York Post.

The 40,000 square-foot apartment, located at the Aldyn on 60 Riverside Blvd., is a luxurious, four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence featuring a chef’s kitchen, gorgeous views of the Hudson river, pool, gym, steam room, pilates room, dance studio, table tennis, billiards, bowling alley, squash court, full-sized basketball court and a large hammock.

Despite all of these swank amenities, the real winner here is Kidd. That is, if he actually is able to rent it out. Assuming someone does rent for a year, that’s an extra $264,000 in Kidd’s pocket.

And if someone doesn’t rent, at least Kidd will have a nice place to stay when the Bucks play the Knicks or Nets on the road.
