J.J. Watt’s gridiron production is surpassed only by his dance presence.
Watt, who has been known to cut a little rug in his day, lived up to his reputation Thursday night. The Texans defensive end scored his third touchdown of the season — the most by a defensive lineman since William “Refrigerator” Perry scored three in 1985 — and marked the occasion with a tremendous rendition of the “Nae Nae” dance.
Unfortunately for Watt, his quarterback still is Ryan Fitzpatrick. Even the “Macarena” wouldn’t have saved the Texans from a 33-28 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.
Was Watt’s dance better than T.Y. Hilton’s LeBron James-inspired celebration? Tough to say.
