Get this: Marshawn Lynch and the media butted heads again Saturday night.
Once again, Lynch was in no mood to say anything of substance following the Seattle Seahawks’ 31-17 win over the Carolina Panthers in an NFC divisional-round matchup at CenturyLink Field in Seattle.
The Seattle running back, who has made a habit of answering every question in his postgame media sessions with the same answer, was at it again after the Hawks’ win. This time around, Lynch answered every question with “I’m thankful.”

This has been an ongoing thing for Lynch. Following a November game, he went out of his way to give short answers to every question he faced. In December, Lynch responded to questions with “Thanks for asking.”
Lynch also had a pretty quiet night on the field Saturday night, as he rushed for just 59 yards on 14 carries. Quarterback Russell Wilson had one of the best passing games of his career, totaling 268 passing yards and three touchdown passes in the win.
