Brady Poppinga: Seahawks Super Bowl Favorite After Jimmy Graham Trade

With a stonewalling defense, dynamic young quarterback and one of the best running backs in the league, the Seattle Seahawks had almost an embarrassment of riches last season. The addition of Jimmy Graham only makes them that much tougher.

Adding Graham to a team that already includes Russell Wilson, Marshawn Lynch and Richard Sherman is almost unfair, and validates Seattle as the favorite for Super Bowl 50, former NFL linebacker Brady Poppinga writes on Football by Football. The Seahawks made it within one yard of winning it all last season with an average receiving corps. Imagine what they can do with Graham.

“Lynch and Wilson make for a pretty formidable two-headed monster,” Poppinga writes. “On the ground.”
