The future is bright for Johnny Gaudreau.
Despite questions about his size, the Calgary Flames rookie has put up some impressive numbers in his first full NHL season. The 21-year-old enters Thursday night’s matchup with the Boston Bruins with 15 goals and 30 assists in 62 games so far this season.
Gaudreau’s early success should come as no surprise to anyone who watched him play at Boston College. He’s now looking to join a long line of very good BC hockey alumni over the course of NHL history and could be one of the best if he keeps up his play.
