The commissioner is expected to speak Wednesday at the NFL Spring Meeting in San Francisco. Goodell hasn’t spoken publicly since the Wells Report, which detailed allegations against the New England Patriots for intentionally deflating footballs below the legal minimum, but his customary press conference at the spring meeting presents an opportunity to answer some burning questions on Deflategate.
