Stephen Curry’s Tweeted Promise To Warriors Fans Finally Comes True

The Golden State Warriors had just lost their sixth game in nine tries, and 21-year-old rookie Stephen Curry had been taken out of the starting lineup for the first time in his short NBA career after posting seven straight games with a negative plus/minus rating.

Frustrated, Curry took to Twitter and made a promise to Golden State Warriors fans.

Four coaches, three losing seasons, two early playoff exits and 1,993 days later, Curry and his teammates brought a championship back to Warriors fans.
