FOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots gave their fans and fantasy football players a scare Thursday when running back Dion Lewis was listed as limited in practice with an abdominal injury.

It appears Lewis avoided a serious ailment, as he was on the field for the beginning of practice Friday. Cornerback Tarell Brown, who’s nursing a foot injury, was the lone player absent from practice. According to reports, Brown has a “potentially serious” foot injury.

The Patriots play the Indianapolis Colts in their Week 6 matchup Sunday. The Patriots likely will need to make a roster move before the game to bring either Cameron Fleming or Blaine Claussel off the practice squad to give them additional depth at offensive tackle with Nate Solder out for the season.
