Eagles CB Byron Maxwell: Sam Bradford, Not Tom Brady, Is NFL’s Best QB

Teammates stick together. That’s what they do. But that doesn’t mean you have to say Sam Bradford is the best NFL quarterback.

Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Byron Maxwell has faced many great quarterbacks in his career, including Tom Brady in Super Bowl XLIX. So, with Brady’s New England Patriots up next for the Eagles, Maxwell was asked if the signal caller was the best he has faced.

Seems like an obvious answer, right?

Or not.

You can’t blame him for sticking up for his teammate, and he didn’t flat-out say Bradford was better than Brady, but it still is a bit shocking to see a comment like that.
