If you want to see Ben Simmons in the NCAA Tournament this season, you should root pretty hard for LSU on Friday.
The unranked Tigers are looking like a long shot to reach the Big Dance despite having Simmons, who many project as the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NBA Draft. But they could sneak in by making some noise in the Southeastern Conference tournament, and that will require taking care of business against Tennessee.
The Volunteers are the No. 12 seed in the tournament while LSU is No. 4, but the Vols are riding high after upsetting Vanderbilt on Thursday.
