Josh Norman Hits Free Agency; Here Are Four Teams With Cap Space To Sign Him

The Carolina Panthers rescinded their franchise tag on Josh Norman on Wednesday, making the star cornerback an unrestricted free agent.

Because NFL free agency already is more than a month old, many teams have already spent their money and don’t have the means to make a play for Norman.

But there are a handful of teams who have sufficient salary cap space to try to sign the young stud, who made a name for himself last season by helping the Panthers reach Super Bowl 50.
