James Harrison has agreed to meet with the NFL to discuss a December Al Jazeera report linking him to performance-enhancing drugs. However, Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker wants there to be a few prerequisites prior to the meeting.

Harrison posted a stern message directed at the NFL and Roger Goodell on Instagram Sunday night, demanding where and when the investigators should meet him and asking the commissioner to be present at the meeting.

Harrison was one of a handful of names, including Peyton Manning and Julius Peppers, linked to performance-enhancing drugs in the documentary.

The Steelers linebacker denied involvement, and Charlie Sly, the pharmacist cited in the report, said he lied about shipping PEDs to Harrison.

The NFL announced earlier this week that the league still plans to have investigators speak with the players involved in the report.
