Poland needs a win or a draw to have a chance of claiming the top spot in Group C because it currently trails Germany in the goal difference tiebreaker entering Tuesday’s Euro 2016 action.

Poland takes on Ukraine, which sits fourth in Group C, in its final group stage match. The Poles are undefeated so far after beating Northern Ireland and tying Germany.
