The Boston Celtics reportedly still are focusing on making a big splash, but they are weighing all their options — including Kris Humphries.
Yes, you read that right. The Celtics’ main priority is going after free agents Kevin Durant, Al Horford and Dwight Howard, sources told CSNNE.com’s A. Sherrod Blakely, but Humphries also is being considered.
But if the C’s go after the 31-year-old forward, who played in Boston during the 2013-14 season, it likely will be after the dust settles on Durant, Horford and Howard, as Blakely reports the Celtics will focus on them before pursing other deals.
Humpries played for the Phoenix Suns, Washington Wizards and Atlanta Hawks last season, averaging 6.5 points in 15.8 minutes per game.
