UFC 200, the biggest night in MMA history, finally is here, and although plenty of drama preceded it, the packed card Saturday should blow the lid right off T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Miesha Tate’s women’s bantamweight championship fight against Amanda Nunes now is the main event, with Brock Lesnar versus Mark Hunt and Daniel Cormier versus Anderson Silva the big attractions before that. This will be Tate’s first title defense after she took the belt from Holly Holm at UFC 196 in March. Lesnar’s return to the octagon comes almost five years after he left the UFC to pursue a wrestling career, and Cormier is just happy to be fighting someone after Jon Jones was pulled because of a positive drug test.

In all, 24 fighters will compete at UFC 200, with 17 of them ranked in their division and nine either current or former champs. The early prelims start at 6:30 p.m. ET, the regular prelims (which will be shown free on FS1) go at 8 p.m., and the main card is set for 10 p.m.
