The New England Patriots are known for the prolific passing offense was quarterback Tom Brady under center, but it’s important to mix things up and have a balanced offense.

Enter LeGarrette Blount, who’s provided all of that and more this season, underscored by his 127-yard, two-touchdown performance in a 27-16 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Blount’s importance wasn’t lost on Patriots players, who all praised his efforts and underscored the value of the run game following the win.
