Liverpool and Tottenham have been two of the Premier League’s leading lights this season, but their attentions now turn to the EFL Cup.
The Reds will host Tottenham on Tuesday at Anfield in an EFL Cup fourth round game. Liverpool hasn’t lost to Tottenham in eight meetings, dating back to Nov. 2012, and another triumph would put the Reds into the quarterfinals of a competition it has won a record eight times.
Liverpool’s Jordan Henderson and Tottenham’s Moussa Sissoko both will miss the contest due to suspension.
