Bruins-Sabres First-Round Playoff Series Schedule Announced

After closing out the regular season with three straight wins, including Sunday’s 4-3 shootout victory over the top-seeded Washington Capitals, the sixth-seeded Bruins will take on the division-rival Buffalo Sabres in the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Game 1 will take place Thursday night in Buffalo’s HSBC Arena. The B’s won the season series with the Sabres 4-2.

The series schedule is below.

Game 1: Thursday, April 15 in Buffalo at 7 p.m.
Game 2: Saturday, April 17 in Buffalo at 1 p.m.
Game 3: Monday, April 19 in Boston at 7 p.m.
Game 4: Wednesday, April 21 in Boston at 7 p.m.
Game 5 (if necessary): Friday, April 23 in Buffalo at 7 p.m.
Game 6 (if necessary): Monday, April 26 in Boston at 7 p.m.
Game 7 (if necessary): Wednesday, April 28 in Buffalo at 7 p.m.
