What does Mark Sanchez do to calm his nerves during the biggest game of his life? Pick boogers and wipe them on his backup quarterback, of course.

Sanchez was caught by CBS cameras during Sunday’s AFC Championship against the Steelers appearing to pick his nose and wiping what he was able to come away with on veteran backup quarterback Mark Brunell.
