Red Sox General Manager Ben Cherington Joins Tom Caron, Peter Gammons on Hot Stove Live at 6 p.m. on NESN

The winter meetings are one of the busiest times of year for Major League Baseball general managers, and Red Sox G.M. Ben Cherington is getting his first taste of the event as the personnel boss of his own club.
