In a league full of parity, some teams are just immune.

The Patriots have averaged 12 wins a year since 2001, winning three Super Bowls and appearing in one more. The Steelers have averaged 11 wins per season in that same time, winning two Super Bowls and appearing in one more. The Packers have averaged 10 wins per season and are the reigning champs, and they were essentially one Brett Favre interception from making the Super Bowl in 2007.
