Ines Gomez Mont, Mexican Reporter Who Proposed to Tom Brady at Super Bowl XLll Media Day, Gives Birth to Triplets

Ines Gomez Mont attended Super Bowl media day during the week leading up to the Patriots and Giants' Super Bowl XLII clash. While covering the news, she became the news.

Gomez Mont, a television host/reporter/actress, shouted marriage proposals at both Tom Brady and Eli Manning that week while working for TV Azteca, which amused some and frustrated others. Gomez Mont is now back in the news, but for far less controversial reasons, as she recently gave birth to triplets.

As you'd expect, neither Brady nor Manning can claim to be the father. That honor belongs to her husband, Javier Diaz.

Gomez Mont's proposal to Brady occurred in front of about 4,000 media members during Super Bowl week in 2008.

"Tom, I'm in love with you! Will you marry me please?" Gomez Mont shouted while wearing a wedding dress.

Brady politely rejected the proposal, though, noting that he's a "one-woman man." Surely, that was music to Giselle Bundchen's ears. Gomez Mont pulled the same stunt on Manning later, but didn't fare much better.

Gomez Mont didn't show up to media day this week to dish out any proposals, but given the new bundles of joy — and the heavy dose of diaper-changing that comes with them — it's easy to see why.
