David Krejci officially signed with HC Pardubice of Extra Liga in the Czech Republic Wednesday, according to NHL.com.
The Bruins center has been living in the Czech Republic for weeks now, but was unable to officially join HC Paradubice after having trouble securing a large insurance policy. Krejci, a Czech native, announced he would sign with the Extra Liga team some time ago and could play with his new team as early as this weekend.
Krejci will join fellow Bruin Andrew Ference in Extra Liga, as the defenseman will play for Ceske Budjovice.
In total, nine Bruins have signed to play overseas as the NHL lockout continues.
