We think this video is in Dutch. We think.
That being said, it’s not hard to put together some of what’s happening here. Two commentators for a soccer television or Internet program are looking at a video and getting a laugh out of it.
In said video, a referee appears to be warming up for a soccer game — hey, they need to warm up, too, right? — by practicing repeatedly looking down a line, trying to get a clear look at some imaginary action. Not exactly a standard sight.
