Michael Jordan’s ex-wife, Juanita, sold their 40th-floor penthouse in Chicago for $3.2 million, the Chicago Tribune reported in late June. Juanita took control of the place as part of the couple’s divorce settlement.

Jordan was given their Highland Park mansion, which is still on the market for $16 million.

The penthouse, which offers views of the entire city, includes four bedrooms and a media room. The building also has some quality amenities like a community party room and exercise facilities.
