Rob Gronkowski, Darrelle Revis Voted To 2014 NFL All-Pro First Team

The New England Patriots’ offense and defense garnered recognition Friday.

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski and cornerback Darrelle Revis were selected to The Associated Press’ 2014 NFL All-Pro First Team. Gronkowski was a unanimous selection, receiving all 50 of the panel’s votes.

Revis, who received 42 votes, joined Richard Sherman (41) as the first-team cornerbacks, beating out Chris Harris Jr. (nine), Brent Grimes (four), Vontae Davis (two), Aqib Talib (one) and Joe Haden (one).

Quarterback Tom Brady, offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer, guard Dan Connolly, kicker Stephen Gostkowski, safety Devin McCourty, and linebackers Jamie Collins and Dont’a Hightower were the other Patriots players who received votes.

The All-Pro teams are annually selected by a national panel of 50 media members.
