Emotions run high in college football rivalry games, especially when they turn into instant classics, as Saturday’s Ohio State-Michigan showdown did.

Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh was an example of this with his outburst on the sideline and comments about the referees after his team’s 30-27 double-overtime loss in Columbus, Ohio.

Jabrill Peppers, Michigan’s star defender and a potential Heisman Trophy candidate, also let his emotions get the best of him when he shoved a fan.

The fan was one of the thousands who rushed the field after Ohio State’s thrilling victory.
