Offensive lineman Rich Ohrnberger was taken off the physically unable to perform (PUP) list on Monday, The Boston Globe's Mike Reiss reports.

Ohrnberger was selected out of Penn State by the Patriots in the fourth round of this year's draft. The 6-foot-2, 290-pound offensive guard also spent time playing center in college. The report says that he spent most of Monday's practice at left guard.

Reiss also reports that tight end Benjamin Watson and defensive lineman Le Kevin Smith returned to the practice field.
