World Series Schedule Set for Prime Time

The Yankees and Phillies will finally meet on Wednesday night in the Bronx for Game 1 of the 2009 World Series.

After defeating the Angels in six games in the ALCS, the Yankees will get two days off before the Fall Classic begins. Meanwhile, the Phillies will be playing their first game in nearly a week, having six days off between their NLCS finale and the World Series opener.

Game 1 of the World Series will begin at 7:57 p.m., with CC Sabathia facing Cliff Lee in a battle of the two former teammates and the last two AL Cy Young winners.
