Milan Lucic took another step toward returning to the Bruins on Thursday, joining the team for its morning skate, John Bishop reported on Bruins.com.

Lucic began skating by himself earlier in the week, but Thursday marked his first time skating with the rest of the team since suffering his finger injury.

Lucic said that he hopes to return on Nov. 19, when the Bruiins open a four-game road trip in Atlanta. He's missed 11 games since suffering the injury on Oct. 16 in Dallas.

Bishop also noted that Tim Thomas is expected to get the start on Thursday night, while Derek Morris' flu-like symptoms on Wednesday were not related to the H1N1 virus.
