The honors keep rolling in for Wes Welker.

The Patriots' wide receiver was named a first-team All-Pro by The Associated Press on Thursday. New England guard Logan Mankins was named second-team All-Pro.

"I saw [team owner Robert] Kraft this morning at the facility, and he told me that I had been named to the Associated Press All-Pro team," said Welker. "I am flattered. It is a credit to my teammates and to everyone involved. To be able to get an award like this is very humbling, and I am honored."

The wide receiver led the NFL with 123 receptions in 2009, which set a Patriots single-season record. For the third straight season, Welker caught over 100 passes, joining Marvin Harrison (4), Jerry Rice (3), Herman Moore (3) and Brandon Marshall (3) as the only NFL players to catch 100 or more passes in three consecutive seasons. Welker's 1,348 receiving yards also established a career high.

This is Mankins' second All-Pro selection. The guard started all 16 of New England's games in 2009 and has never missed an NFL game, starting all 80 of his career games. Mankins' offensive line allowed just 18 sacks in 2009, the fewest in franchise history since 1978.
