Williams, who tested positive for marijuana in December 2003 and faced a $650,000 fine and a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy, retired from football in August of 2004.
Ineligible to play for the 2004 season, he studied Ayurveda (the ancient Indian system of holistic medicine) and "found himself," before returning to the Fins in 2005.
At the premier of Run Ricky Run: Hard to Tackle, Harder to put a Finger On in South Beach on Tuesday night, Williams said: "I’m not sure [of 2010 being his final NFL season]. There’s a very good chance it could be, but I’m not sure. My body is probably the single biggest factor in the decision. Football is a game, especially the way I play, where if you can’t be 100 percent, you can’t do it."
