FOXBORO, Mass. — Patriots wide receiver Randy Moss returned to practice Thursday after missing Wednesday's session with an illness. Asked earlier if he was all right, Moss gave a thumbs up while strolling through the locker room.

Quarterback Tom Brady was also in attendance just a few hours after getting into a car accident in Boston. Brady also participated in the team's early-morning walkthrough.

Tight end Alge Crumpler said Brady told him he was "good to go" after the accident.

Wide receiver Julian Edelman (foot) was in full pads for the first time in three weeks, and running back Laurence Maroney (thigh) practiced for the first time this week.

Cornerback Terrence Wheatley (foot) and offensive linemen Nick Kaczur (back) and Quinn Ojinnaka (league suspension) were the only three players who didn’t practice.
