Just days after announcing a leave of absence from CBS, Shannon Sharpe received some good news on Thursday as the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office has dismissed a temporary restraining order against the former Denver Bronco.

Michele Bundy has accused Sharpe of sexual assault; more specifically she claims he forced her to have sex with her, stalked her and even threatened to kill her, according to court documents.

It is unclear how true Bundy’s claim is. Troy Holocker, an acquaintance of Bundy’s, told the Denver Post, "My first reaction was: 'Oh my God, this woman is trying to put the screws to this guy.'"

A hearing has now been scheduled for the case at Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta on Monday, Sept. 20.
