Branch seemed to pick up right where he left off, starting with the move into the locker next to quarterback Tom Brady where the pair perused the Patriots' revamped playbook. Heading out to the field, Branch was catching up with the coaches and running routes with Brady — all while grinning from ear to ear.
In the news conference following practice, Branch told reporters he felt like he was "back at home," and that he's a stronger football player now than he was during his last stint in New England.
