Providence assistant coach Bruce Cassidy is making a lot of adjustments heading into the 2010-11 hockey season.

Not only is the coach working with the new players cycling in and out of the AHL, but he's also adjusting to the latest addition to his family. Cassidy's wife, Julie, gave birth to son Cole just five weeks ago. The Cassidy's also have a 19-month-old daughter, Shannon.

Coach Cassidy also discussed the chemistry of the newest batch of players in Providence, and believes the team has a stronger foundation of skilled skaters. He discussed the assets of a few individual players such as forward Joe Colborne and goaltender Michael Hutchinson, and added that overall they boast a very strong team in Providence.

"In general, I just see us as a better skating and skilled group," Cassidy said.
