Mets Kick Off Inevitable 2011 Season of Embarrassment With Awkward Ticket Sales Video

If there’s one thing the Mets can do for baseball fans across the country during the frigid offseason, it’s lift ones spirits with good old-fashioned embarrassment.

After two straight losing seasons of a combined 41 games out of first place and years of ridiculous transactions, the Mets are looking to fill the Citi Field seats in 2011.

Gone are Omar Minaya and Jerry Manuel and replacing the duo are Sandy Alderson and Terry Collins, two fan-friendly guys who mean business, as seen in the stirring interactive marketing video below.
