Tim Thomas Continues Remarkable Season With Dazzling Effort Against Flyers

Not only did Tim Thomas turn in a yeoman's effort by turning away 41 shots on Wednesday night, he did so in dominating fashion.

The Bruins goalie stood on his head multiple times on his way to picking up his fifth shutout of the season in Boston's 3-0 win in their first matchup with the Flyers since last season's ugly playoff meltdown.

For Thomas, though, it was pretty simple. Just keeping an eye on the puck made all the difference for the veteran goalie.

"If you lose the puck, you can't stop it," he told Naoko Funayama after the game.
