FOXBORO, Mass. — The grounds crew cleared off just enough snow for there to be a field-sized patch of green on the outskirts of Gillette Stadium, and the Patriots were able to take their act outside for Thursday's practice.

Defensive lineman Myron Pryor (back) was the only player missing from practice for the second consecutive day.

Linebacker Brandon Spikes was wearing a yellow jersey with the No. 57 on it, which signified he has been working on the scout team as Jets linebacker Bart Scott. This could be for one or two reasons. Either Spikes can give the Pats' offense the best look on Scott, or Spikes has fallen down the depth chart since his suspension. If it's the latter, we won't find out until Sunday.
