The San Francisco Giants community is rallying around Bryan Stow, the fan who was severely beaten earlier this season outside of Dodgers Stadium.

One of the most famous Giants players, Barry Bonds, is the latest to lend a hand as he has offered to put the Stow children through college out of his own pocket, according to NBC.

Bonds reportedly spent an hour in the single-father's hospital room back in late April and left autographed memorabilia for the children — a boy and girl, both in grade school.

Earlier this season, pitcher Tim Lincecum donated $25,000 to the Stow family fund.
