Bruins' Offense Stalls, Can't Solve Roberto Luongo in Game 5 Defeat (Photos) After beating Canucks' goalie Roberto Luongo 12 times in Games 3 and 4 of the Stanley Cup Final, the Bruins looked to have all the momentum on their side heading into Game 5 in Vancouver.

But as the B's headed to the Pacific Northwest for Friday night's contest it appears as though the team's offense got left behind in Boston. Bruins nemesis Maxim Lapierre's third period goal was all that was necessary for Vancouver to take a 1-0 win in Game 5.

The victory gives the Canucks a 3-2 lead in the series and puts them one win away from winning the first Stanley Cup in franchise history.

After two embarrassing losses at TD Garden, the Canucks showed a lot more passion Friday night, outhitting the Bruins 47-27, helping to ignite the Rogers Arena crowd. The Western Conference champs are 10-3 at home this postseason.
