The Dallas Mavericks are one win away from their first championship in team history. Fans are making sure they don’t miss out on the team’s anticipated victory celebration over the Miami Heat, and they proved that Friday. The American Airlines Center, the home of the Mavs, sold out tickets to Game 6 of the NBA Finals — even though the game is in Miami.

The Mavericks put 16,000 tickets up for sale for a viewing of Game 6 from the Mavericks’ arena, and the tickets were gone within 45 minutes, according to the NBA affiliate in Dallas.

Tickets were sold for $5 each and the proceeds from the sales will go towards the Mavs Foundation, a program that supports local non-profit organizations focused on education, good health, and skills needed for success.

Dirk Nowitzki and the Mavericks currently lead their series over Dwyane Wade, LeBron James, and the Miami Heat, 3-2, with the series heading back to Miami for Games 6 and 7.
