This list of potential free agents is still dwindling, and Marc-Andre Bergeron, Brad Lukowich, Patrick Dwyer and Joni Pitkanen have all re-signed, according to ESPN.com.

The Nashville Predators, on the other hand, elected not to re-sign forward Steve Sullivan. The 36-year-old had been playing for the Predators since 2003-04.

Bergeron reportedly signed a two-year deal, where he will be earning roughly $1 million per season. The Lightning signed Bergeron this year, and placed him with their AHL affiliate before calling him back up to the NHL.

The Hurricanes signed Pitkanen to a three-year deal and Dwyer to a two-year deal. Pitkanen will be making $4.5 million per season. As Carolina's highest-paid defenseman, the 27-year-old played in 72 games last season and recorded 35 points. The 28-year-old Dwyer played in 80 games last year.

Lukowich was signed to a two-way, one-year contract by the Stars. Last year Lukowich mainly played for Dallas' AHL affiliate, but he also appeared in five games for the Stars.
