One would think the world's No. 2 tennis player, Novak Djokovic, would have all his attention focused on winning his first career Wimbledon title.

Instead, Djokovic appears more concerned about his pet poodle, Pierre.

The All England Club has notified the 24-year-old Djokovic that he cannot bring his dog to the tournament, a decision the Serbian phenom is prepared to fight against, according to the Telegraph in London

"He is upset he can't bring Pierre to Wimbledon and he is pleading with the authorities to let the dog in," a source in the Djokovic camp told the Telegraph "Whenever he can he takes the dog with him. He is genuinely upset. For him this is a very serious issue."

How much does Djokovic love his poodle? Pierre has his own Twitter page, which features a picture of the mutt with his master.

Djokovic will face Bernard Tomic in the semifinals of the tournament.
