The Red Sox head to Minnesota riding high after beating the Yankees late Sunday night in front of a national audience to reclaim first place in the AL East.

The team turns to Tim Wakefield to keep things going as the Sox lineup will face Minnesota’s lone bright spot in the rotation, righty Scott Baker, who is the only Twins hurler with a winning record. Wake goes for win No. 7 on the season and No. 200 of his career.

Tune in to NESN at 5:30 p.m. ET for Monster Monday with Tom Caron and Dennis Eckersley and stick around for NESN Daily after postgame coverage to get a recap of everything in the world of sports.
