Jim Harbaugh won his NFL coaching debut on Sunday afternoon when his San Francisco 49ers beat the Seattle Seahawks. Upon returning home, all Harbaugh wanted to do was hear about how good his team was and how nice of a win they had picked up. He was apparently disappointed to turn on his TV and get none of that.

Harbaugh was upset to come home and not see many highlights of his team's win on TV, according to the San Jose Mercury News via ProFootballTalk.com.

"Kind of flipped through the channels, the NFL Network, the highlight express, and the ESPN blitz, and never caught one highlight of the 49ers on any of those," Harbaugh said.

When pressed about whether or not that upset him, the rookie coach did admit that part of that is in his team's hands.

"No, we know it," he said. "I mean, just kind of documents what you know. What the perception is of our team around the league and around the country.

"And some people can say that’s not fair, it isn’t right, but do something about it. That’s our mindset, that’s our approach."

The 49ers entered the season a combined 46-73 in the eight seasons since the last year they finished above .500 which came in 2002.
