Both the senior side and the U-18s recorded wins over Wolves this weekend, as the Liverpool youngsters produced a dominant 4-0 victory.

Well-regarded youngster Adam Morgan came through with a brace to lead the side, while Kristoffer Peterson and Jordan Lussey rounded out the scoring.

"The lads were excellent and played some great football," U-18s boss Mike Marsh told LFC.tv after the match.

"We took our goals really well and could have had a lot more."

The U-18s will next face Blackburn next Saturday. Meanwhile, the reserve squad will next play on Thursday against Molde, continuing in the group stage of the NextGen Series.
