Cedric Benson may have finished his jail time for punching a bar employee, but his punishment may not be over yet. His name is on a list with seven other players who could be suspended by the NFL and the NFL Players Association for conduct violations occuring during the NFL lockout.

Yahoo Sports reports the list includes Benson, Aqib Talib of the Buccaneers, Kenny Britt of the Titans, Patriots defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth, Clark Haggans, Brandon Underwood, Johnny Jolly, and Adam "Pacman" Jones.

The league has not officially announced any suspensions for any of these players, but Yahoo reports Benson was notified of an appeal hearing set for Tuesday.

Haynesworth was involved in an incident with a waitress in Washington, D.C., in December, but the league already said he would not be suspended. According to a Yahoo source, he was included on the list because he had not been indicted until the lockout began.

Some players have said the league should not be able to suspend these players because the players association was not technically a union during the lockout and could not agree to such discipline, but it seems like the league is going to use some disciplinary measures for at least some of these incidents.
