With Ben Cherington officially installed as general manager, the team now moves on with its search for a new manager. Phillies bench coach Pete Mackanin interviewed Monday, but the Red Sox are just starting the interview process.
In addition to finding a new skipper, the Red Sox also have to determine which of their free agents they plan to bring back and what new faces they will add to fill holes in the roster. Yup, there sure is a lot to cover.
